Service Agreement

This Service Agreement governs the relationship between Rosener Tech Services and the Client. By engaging our services, whether one-time or via subscription, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Service Terms
- Standard Labor Rate: All one-time jobs and projects are billed at $25/hour.
- Minimum Engagement: A minimum fee of $100 applies to all one-time service calls, covering up to the first 4 hours of labor.
- Loyalty Discount: Clients enrolled in a Managed Service Tier (Network Essentials, Managed Network, or Total Office) receive a 20% discount on all additional labor, billed at $20/hour.
2. Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) Policy
The following terms apply specifically to the Managed Network and Total Office tiers where hardware is provided by Rosener Tech Services:
- Ownership & Maintenance: All network infrastructure provided (including but not limited to Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Access Points) remains the sole property of Rosener Tech Services. This equipment is provided as a service to the Client.
- Access & Recovery: In the event of subscription cancellation, Rosener Tech Services reserves the right to retrieve all company-owned hardware within 20 business days.
- Standard Wear & Tear: Rosener Tech Services will replace any malfunctioning company-owned hardware at no cost to the Client, provided the failure is due to normal operation.
- Client Responsibility: Damage caused by neglect, liquid, or unauthorized tampering remains the financial responsibility of the Client.
3. Managed Monitoring & Privacy
- System Health: Monitoring services are designed to identify hardware bottlenecks and prevent downtime. No personal data from employee workstations is collected beyond what is necessary for system health and security auditing.
- Remote Access: For Managed Network and Total Office tiers, Rosener Tech Services maintains administrative access to networking gear to perform security patches and firmware updates.
